The School of Health Sciences has competent, supportive and friendly and qualified faculty who are highly-skilled to teach and offer practical/clinical practice. The School endeavors to maintain high quality in teaching through engaging committed and diligent clinical, education and research track faculty and use of modern facilities and tools for teaching and learning. Trained at The University of Nottingham, UK for his PhD, Moi University for his Masters in Public Health, Dr. Too, a scholar and Founding Dean of the School, foresees that Kabarak University School of Health Sciences will be the centre of academic excellence in the region for training health care workers in the near future.

The University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Provincial General Hospital-Nakuru, Tenwek Hospital, Kijabe Hospital and Chogoria Hospital as clinical sites for health programs among other centers. The school has already enrolled its founding students in the department of Nursing and anticipates starting Medical programs soon. The medical programs include Masters in Medicine (Family Medicine), BSc. Clinical Medicine. The school is also set to start B. Pharmacy in due course.
