Prof. Kefa Rabah joined Kabarak University in September 2013. He brings to the University a vast experience in Information Systems Technology

His main area of research is in High Performance Computing (HPC) Supercomputing Clustering, Hypervirtualization and Cloud Computing using Eucalyptus Systems, OpenNebula, Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud and eyeOS Cloud.

Prof. Rabah has also worked extensively in the field of Cryptography mainly public key cryptosystems: RSA, Elliptic Curve Cryptography, Digital Signature Algorithm; and Hashing. IT Security, Cybercrime Investigation and Digital forensics is another hot topic that Prof. Rabah is working on and plan to setup a cloud computing and cybercrime labs at Kabarak University

Prof. Ronald K. Chepkilot

Prof. Ronald Kiprop Chepkilot serves as the Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Kabarak University. He has 25 years working experience in public and private universities in senior administrative and teaching positions.  He has also served in Central Government as an Administrative Officer.

He is currently an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at Kabarak Univesity. He holds a Doctorate  Degree in Human Resource Management from Nelson Mandela University, South Africa, a  Masters degree in Human Resource Development from University of Manchester and Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a certificate in Management of Higher Education Institutions from Galilee International Management Institute in Israel.  He has published fourteen (14) articles in refereed journals and a book on Human Resource Management. His main area of research is in performance management. He  was elected the Chairman of IHRM Nakuru Chapter and served from  May 2014 to April 2016.

He  has been a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management since 2009. He is also a member of the Human Resource Management Professional Examination Board.
