Rev. Dickson Has a Graduate degree at Scott Christian University, Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) and two master's degree in M.A. in Counseling Psychology (Day Star University  and Masters of Theology (M.TH) Goma University, Congo. Currently he is pursing  Doctor of Philosophy PhD in Education Guidance and Counseling Kabarak University.

He is a pastor and counselor specialized in practical theology and spiritual counseling. He has been offering trainings in counseling and leadership. Lecturer in both public and private university teaching psychological, religion and theology units.

He has involved himself in church leadership and administrator ion and served in different schools boards. He is married and blessed with children.
