PUBLIC NOTICE: Disposal of Pre-Owned Assets and Motor Vehicles

Kabarak University invites interested and eligible bidders to participate in the disposal of pre-owned assets comprising motor vehicles, assorted used computers, office equipment, scrap metal, and furniture.

All items are offered for sale on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

VIEWING AND BIDDING DETAILS

  • Public Viewing Dates: Tuesday, 14th April 2026 – Friday, 17th April 2026.
  • Viewing Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Official working hours).
  • Location: Kabarak University, Main Campus (Nakuru).

BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bid Forms: Detailed disposal bid forms can be downloaded from the university website at www.kabarak.ac.ke/tenders.
  2. Bidding Fee: A non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,500.00 must be paid via;
    • MPESA Paybill: 511480.
    • Account Name: [Bidder’s/Applicant’s Name].
    • Note: Ensure the official receipt is attached to your bid document.
  3. Submission: Completed bid documents in plain sealed envelopes should be submitted to the University Procurement Office.
  4. Awarding: The highest bidder shall be awarded, subject to the University’s reserve price. Successful bidders must make full payment within seven (7) days of the award.
