VIEWING AND BIDDING DETAILS
- Public Viewing Dates: Tuesday, 14th April 2026 – Friday, 17th April 2026.
- Viewing Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Official working hours).
- Location: Kabarak University, Main Campus (Nakuru).
BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS
- Bid Forms: Detailed disposal bid forms can be downloaded from the university website at www.kabarak.ac.ke/tenders.
- Bidding Fee: A non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,500.00 must be paid via;
- MPESA Paybill: 511480.
- Account Name: [Bidder’s/Applicant’s Name].
- Note: Ensure the official receipt is attached to your bid document.
- Submission: Completed bid documents in plain sealed envelopes should be submitted to the University Procurement Office.
- Awarding: The highest bidder shall be awarded, subject to the University’s reserve price. Successful bidders must make full payment within seven (7) days of the award.
