KUCCPS PLACED STUDENTS
Joining instructions are as follows:
Admission Letters: All 2023 KCSE KUCCPS placed students are advised to complete the online Biodata Form and download the admission letters and related documents. This should be done on or before June 30th, 2024. The admission letter will allow you to apply for a HELB loan.

Fees Payment:
The fee structure is available on the university website (Click here). The University does not accept cash or personal cheques in respect to payment of fees. Students are advised to bank the fees and present them to the bank in slips for acknowledgement of fee payment on the reporting date. Fee payments should be made using your Admission Reference Number to any of the following fee collection bank accounts:

Accommodation and Catering
Admission to the University does not guarantee accommodation in the University Hostels. Students are, therefore, advised to make personal residential arrangements should they not be offered University accommodation. Students interested in university accommodation should send their request to accommodation@kabarak.ac.ke or call 0773552932 for advance booking.
University Accommodation is available on first come first served basis. Accommodation rates are available on the University website, (https://kabarak.ac.ke/hostel-accommodation) Accommodation fees should be paid to any of the following Kabarak University bank accounts, indicating your Admission reference number in the bank deposit slip as the reference number.
