Kabarak University School of Law invites applications for Reimagining Adjudication: The Feminist Judgments Project, an innovative flagship module of the proposed Master of Laws in Judicial Science.
For five intensive days, judges, magistrates, advocates, academics, researchers and other justice-sector professionals will come together to revisit judicial decisions through feminist perspectives and explore new possibilities for adjudication in Africa.
