Kabarak University and Akdogan Glaszner German School Sign Collaborative Agreement

Kabarak University recently marked a significant milestone by signing a collaborative agreement with Akdogan Glaszner German School. The event was presided over by Kabarak University's Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry K. Kiplangat, PhD, MBS, OGW, who was joined by several members of the University Management Board (UMB), including Prof. Ronald Chepkilot, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Administration & Finance; Prof. John Ochola, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic & Research; Prof. Simon Kipchumba, Registrar for Administration & Human Resources; Mrs. Patricia Chebet, University Librarian; and Dr. Maina Waiganjo, Director of Nakuru City Campus. This partnership ushers in a new era of academic and cultural exchange, reinforcing the bond between Kenya and Germany.

Prof. Kiplangat expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing the immense opportunities it presents to enhance the German language and cultural programs at Kabarak University. He highlighted that these initiatives would benefit both students and staff, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue advanced studies and career opportunities in Germany.

The ceremony was also graced by Mr. Kerem Akdogan, Director of Akdogan Glaszner German School Ltd., who praised the shared vision of both institutions in promoting educational excellence. This collaboration aligns with Kabarak University’s mission to offer holistic, high-quality education and research, driven by innovation and global partnerships.

Through this partnership, both institutions are committed to providing enhanced learning experiences and promoting intercultural understanding, furthering Kabarak University’s goal of preparing students for leadership in a globalized world.
