Kabarak University and Pixel Engineering Africa Ltd Sign Strategic MoU

Kabarak University has strengthened its commitment to innovative learning by signing a collaborative Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pixel Engineering Africa Ltd, represented by Eng. Levy Masibo and Eng. Vivian Muiruri. This strategic partnership was formalized at a ceremony hosted by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Kiplangat, alongside members of Kabarak’s management team and representatives from the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology, led by Prof. Peter Ruguri. The agreement is set to enhance technical skill development and research capacity, positioning Kabarak as a frontrunner in engineering education in Kenya.

Through this MoU, Kabarak University and Pixel Engineering Africa Ltd aim to jointly advance industry-relevant research and provide hands-on training opportunities for students. Pixel Engineering’s expertise in infrastructure solutions and digital technology will provide students with practical exposure to current industry demands, allowing them to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional application. Eng. Masibo and Eng. Muiruri expressed their enthusiasm for this partnership, highlighting the potential for new engineering advancements and enhanced graduate employability through immersive training modules and mentorship programs.

The signing ceremony underscored Kabarak University’s vision to collaborate with industry leaders in creating a robust educational environment that responds to global engineering trends. Prof. Kiplangat emphasized the importance of industry partnerships in producing graduates who are technically adept and ready to contribute to Kenya’s economic growth.
