The Kabarak University Enactus team has made it to the finals of the Enactus Kenya BIC Education Challenge 2022.
The BIC Education Challenge is a partnership between BIC East Africa, the BIC Corporate Foundation, and Enactus Kenya. The challenge focuses on fostering better learning conditions by promoting social entrepreneurship and innovation in education.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
University students nationwide propose social business projects aiming at:
- Fighting school dropout and helping disadvantaged youth achieve their full potential.
- Supporting access to education for women and girls.
- Developing solutions which improve and promote environmental consciousness in Education.
The top-3 teams receive seed funding to execute their business plans, while the winning team also receives mentorship from BIC East Africa team members as they prepare for the 18th Enactus National Competition.
