“Seizing opportunities in a rapidly evolving world…" Kabarak School of Pharmacy Oathing and Dedication ceremony

With emotive stories describing the fulsome journey of pursuing and finally graduating, Kabarak University School of Pharmacy students gave their stories during the Oathing and graduands Dedication Ceremony held this evening to commemorate the hard work and resilience they all possessed and saw them through their study in the School of Pharmacy.

The event was graced by Deputy vice-chancellor Professor Ronald Chepkilot who stood in for Vice-Chancellor Professor Henry Kiplangat and presented a congratulatory speech on behalf of the Vice Chancellor. In the vice-chancellor’s speech, he congratulated the graduands and asked them to develop the courage to face the outside world, giving the example of the founder of this great institution of higher learning, an adventurous, innovative and creative man urging them to put in all it takes. The Vice-Chancellor sent a priestly blessing to the graduates and wished them all best.

In attendance was Hon. Fellow Dr. Rogers Atebe who really emphasized obedience and respect to their seniors and their colleagues. He urged humility among the pharmacists. He complimented and applauded the Kabarak university for holding an oathing ceremony. He acknowledged Kabarak for the new oncology pharmacy that is about to begin.

Advice from guests was given to the graduands. Mostly emphasizing how dynamic the pharmacy market as Dr. David Odhiambo reminded the students on the value of collaboration.

Hon. Fellow Dr. Rogers Atebe then took the student through the oathing process and officially announced them as new doctors into the pharmacy profession before the University provost Prof. Rev Jacob Kibor are fully charged and dedicated to the Lord. A highlight of the graduand’s life time, they couldn’t hide their excitement and great pleasure to have the title doctor before their name.

Kabarak University is proud of the new doctors in from the School of Pharmacy and encourages them to continue Seizing opportunities in a rapidly evolving world. Congratulations Doctors.
