The greens came alive this past weekend as over 130 golfers descended upon the course for the highly anticipated Kabarak Alumni Golf Tournament. More than just a competition, it was a fun celebration of the Kabarak spirit, bringing together alumni, corporate partners, and friends of the university for a day of great golf and good company.
The tournament’s awards gala was graced by the Chairman of the University Governing Council, Dr. John Kibosia, who represented the university at the prestigious event. He was accompanied by fellow Governing Council member, Ms. Lydia J. Yator.
Delivering the keynote university speech, Dr. Kibosia lauded the impressive turnout and the enduring bond shared by the Kabarak community. He emphasized that events like these are vital in strengthening the alumni network, which stands as a pillar of support for the university's mission of providing education in a biblical perspective. His address resonated with the day's theme of excellence—a value Kabarak University continues to uphold as it celebrates recent national accolades, including its stellar performance at the 2025 Company of the Year Awards (COYA).
