Kabarak University Empowers Through Collaboration: A Recap of the TOT Workshop, 2024

Kabarak University recently took part in the Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop hosted by Mount Kenya University under the Access project funded by DAAD. This transformative event, held at the Mwai Kibaki Conventional Centre in Thika, Kenya, brought together a dynamic synergy of academia and industry leaders. The overarching theme, "Synergizing Skills: Bridging Academia and Industry for Career Excellence," set the stage for a profound exploration of the vital connection between education and professional success.

Representing Kabarak University among the esteemed participants were two dedicated individuals—Dr. Maina Waiganjo, Director of Kabarak University Nakuru City Campus, and Ms. Faith Yator, the Deputy Director of Kabarak University TVET Institute. Their presence underscored Kabarak's commitment to fostering skills enhancement and forging strong links between academia and the ever-evolving demands of the industry.
