The Africa Youth Leadership Forum (AYLF) at Kabarak University's City Campus is more than just a club – it's a vibrant hub where young minds come together to learn, grow, and make a difference. Founded last semester, AYLF City Campus has quickly established itself as a key player in the student community, fostering leadership, social engagement, and environmental responsibility.
Under the guidance of Ms. Veronica Kombich, our esteemed patron, and the dedicated leadership of Japheth Brian Omari and Brian Howard, the club has organized numerous impactful activities. Most recently, a community service project led by Ms. Kombich saw members diligently cleaning the school compound, demonstrating their commitment to a clean and healthy environment.
But AYLF City Campus doesn't stop there. Recognizing the importance of teamwork and community outreach, the club is planning exciting events like team-building activities and visits to children's homes and high schools. These initiatives promise to strengthen bonds within the club while offering valuable support and engagement to those in need.
Mark your calendars! The next big event is the Menegai Crater Hike on Saturday, February 24th. This thrilling adventure is not only a chance to witness stunning natural beauty but also an opportunity for personal growth and fostering camaraderie within the club.
Join us on this journey! Whether you're passionate about leadership development, social impact, or simply want to connect with like-minded individuals, AYLF City Campus welcomes you with open arms. We invite you to explore our upcoming events, contribute your ideas, and become a part of our growing community. Together, let's shape the future we envision – one inspired by leadership, engagement, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world around us.
