Kabarak University Elevates Postgraduate Supervision

Today, November 18, 2024, Kabarak University's Institute of Postgraduate Studies (IPGS) took a significant step towards enhancing the quality of postgraduate research by hosting a comprehensive training session for supervisors. The event, held at Bethel Auditorium, focused on "Enhancing Postgraduate Supervision: Best Practices and Strategies."

The full-day training led by the University’s Management brought together a diverse group of internal and external supervisors, providing a platform for knowledge sharing and skill development. The session delved into critical aspects of supervision, including ensuring research rigor, upholding ethical standards, and optimizing research methodologies. Additionally, the training emphasized strategies for guiding students toward successful publication.

By empowering supervisors with these essential tools, IPGS reaffirms its commitment to fostering a dynamic research environment. This investment in supervisor development will directly benefit postgraduate students by ensuring they receive high-quality guidance, timely feedback, and support. Ultimately, this will lead to the production of exceptional research that contributes to academic advancement and societal impact.
