This week, Kabarak University welcomed a three-day benchmarking visit from a delegation of Kenya Highlands University (Formerly Known as Kenya Highlands Evangelical University). Rev. Dr. Paul Lokol, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs)/HR, and Mrs. Jeniffer Chepyegon, Acting Registrar (Academics), arrived on Tuesday and embarked on a comprehensive program.
The delegation toured various departments, schools, and directorates within Kabarak University. This itinerary provided valuable insights into Kabarak's successful practices and unique approaches across diverse academic and administrative functions. Through insightful discussions and firsthand observations, the KHU representatives gained a deeper understanding of Kabarak's operational excellence.
The visit culminated in a courtesy call on Prof. Henry Kiplangat, Vice-Chancellor of Kabarak University. In a warm and engaging meeting, the delegates shared their takeaways from the visit and engaged in lighthearted conversation with Prof. Kiplangat. The Vice-Chancellor expressed his appreciation for KHU's interest in learning from Kabarak and wished them success in implementing the valuable knowledge gained during their stay.
