Mentoring offers an opportunity to expand viewpoints, develop communication skills, and consider new ways of approaching situations. Kabarak University is second to none in providing great mentorship to high school students who come to visit the university from all over the nation.
Today, the examinees of this year’s Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education from Njoro central secondary school couldn’t hide their excitement going around this institution of higher learning, many having that silent time with the creator to be gracious to them to be here come next year.
At the Kabarak University auditorium, they gained valuable advice from education gurus and student leaders on what it takes to get and be at Kabarak University. They learnt so much from academics; they were reminded it is the reason why they are in school, they were also encouraged to integrate biblical Christian character in their lives, to take care of their mental health at all times, and to develop leadership skills. They had a lot of questions none were left unanswered.
They later went around the school and they couldn’t stop staring at the state of art facilities that Kabarak University has greatly invested in as a measure of producing the best graduates who deliver quality service in the job market.
By the time they were walking back to their busses those that were not sure of what they wanted to be, had an idea of what they want to do at the campus. It is our great privilege to be a light to future generations and ensure a continuous supply of competent professionals in the workspaces.
We are Kabarak University and it is our business to open our physical gates for you and also the gates of opportunities and secure your future by transforming you into a career person with Christian Biblical character.
