All students and staff members are hereby reminded that January– April 2023 Semester Examination will start on Thursday, 6^th April and end on Friday, 21^st  April  2023. 

The following are the requirements for admission to the examinations: 

1. Semester registration
2. 80% minimum class attendance threshold
3. Payment of fees in full
4. Valid University ID
5. Examination authorization cards. The cards are obtainable from the Office of the Dean of school and issued only to those who have paid fees in full. (The deadline for card issuance is Wednesday, 4^th April 2023).

The examination timetable has been posted on the University website. Check it from time to time, as adjustments could be made during the examination period. Each candidate is responsible for establishing the exact date and time for each examination.

Candidates are expected to be in the examination venue at least 20 minutes before the examination time. Cards will be checked at each examination venue against the Examination Roll. Students whose names are not in the Examination Roll shall not be allowed access to the examination room.

Candidates reporting to the examination venue more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled starting time shall not be allowed to take the examination.

Any student who sits or attempts to sit an examination without meeting the above requirements shall be deemed to have committed an examination malpractice and shall be penalized in accordance with the University Rules and Regulations. Mobile phones and other unauthorized items shall not be allowed in the examination rooms. Kindly refer to the Students’ Handbook for other forms of examination malpractice.
