Kabarak University is proud to be part of the 2025 Jiangsu International Exchange Week on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research & Application, currently taking place in Jiangsu, China. The University delegation, led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry K. Kiplangat, is participating in high-level discussions and partnership forums aimed at advancing global collaboration in education and innovation.
Hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, the event brings together universities, research institutions, and industry leaders to promote the integration of academic research and industrial application. Key organizers include some of China’s most prestigious institutions: Soochow University, Southeast University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing Tech University, among others.

The Kabarak delegation visited Nanjing Medical University, engaging in meaningful discussions on collaboration in pharmaceutical research, oncology pharmacy, and advanced medical training. The team also participated in the Agreement Exchange for Cooperation among Universities, Hi-tech Zones & Overseas Institutions.
This visit is anchored within the Jiangsu-Africa University Cooperation Alliance, a network of 13 universities from Jiangsu and 24 from across 13 African nations, including Kenya. The alliance serves as a platform for joint research, student and faculty exchange, and capacity building.
Through participation in this global forum, Kabarak University continues to strengthen its international profile, driving opportunities that enhance research, teaching, and innovation.
