Ideas, people and partnerships take centre stage in the inaugural edition of Innovation Pulse, the official magazine of Central Rift Innovation Week (CRIW).

Published as part of CRIW 2026, held at Kabarak University from 15th to 17th September 2026, the magazine captures the growing innovation ecosystem around the annual forum and highlights the people and ideas working to turn challenges into practical solutions.

Under the theme “Transforming Ideas into Impact: Innovating for a Better Tomorrow,” the publication explores innovation, research, entrepreneurship, technology, intellectual property, partnerships and commercialisation. It also showcases a selection of innovations emerging from Kabarak University, reflecting efforts to move ideas beyond the laboratory and into communities and markets.

Innovation Pulse goes beyond documenting the three-day event. It highlights the conversations, collaborations, and opportunities that can help promising ideas grow into solutions with real-world impact.

The inaugural edition is an invitation to look beyond the event itself and discover the people, innovations and partnerships shaping the region’s future.
