The event runs from Monday, 22nd September, to Friday, 26th September 2025, concluding with a graduation ceremony on the final day.

The refresher courses are tailored for tourism professionals, including hotel staff, tour operators, customer service providers, and event managers who are members of NCTA. Over the five days, participants will receive training in key areas such as tour and travel operations, hotel management, customer service, and event and conference planning.

The program is designed to equip participants with up-to-date skills and knowledge, delivered by seasoned industry experts alongside faculty from the university’s School of Business and Economics.

The launch event was graced by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Kiplangat. In his remarks, Prof. Kiplangat highlighted Kabarak University’s strong resolve to support professional development and foster strategic partnerships that contribute to regional growth.
