Kabarak University Celebrates Dr. Frederick Otieno Oginga: The First PhD Holder in Medical Physiology from the Region

His dedication and perseverance culminated in this prestigious achievement, awarded by the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa, making him the 8th Ph.D. holder from this renowned institution. This accomplishment is even more significant in light of the recent Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) established between Kabarak University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and the University of KwaZulu-Natal's College of Health Sciences.

The MoU facilitates joint research, student exchange programs, and staff capacity-building initiatives. This collaboration opens up exciting opportunities for interdisciplinary research, sharing research facilities, and exchanging research findings.
