Kabarak University Celebrates Completion of Borehole Project

Kabarak University held a handover and dedication ceremony this afternoon for two newly completed boreholes, significantly addressing the institution's water supply needs. The ceremony, chaired by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Kiplangat, marked a major milestone in securing a sustainable water source for the university community.

These boreholes, equipped with innovative solar technology, will fill newly built tanks with a combined capacity of 30,000 cubic meters. This eco-friendly approach utilizes renewable energy to ensure a reliable and consistent water supply. Prof. Kiplangat expressed his excitement about the project's completion, highlighting its positive impact on the university's operations.

Following the handover, the boreholes were dedicated to the Lord by Ag. Provost Rev. Justus Mutuku. This spiritual ceremony underscored the university's commitment to responsible stewardship of resources and its dedication to serving the Kabarak community.
