Congratulations to Kabarak law students; Adeline Kiptoo, Okoth Jeconea, Marion Jeluget, Timothy Muyendi, Jesse Thaiya and Peter Youngreen for winning the ICC Mediation Moot Competition. The team demonstrated to Kenya and Africa that the Kabarak Law School remains a training powerhouse for upcoming dispute resolution professionals.

The team represented the University in the Pan African ICC Mediation Moot Competition held at the Africa Nazarene University, between 31 October and 2 November 2022. We also salute the coaches, Gordon Ogola and Daisy Biwot for the coaching well done.

Today, the Law School presented a trophy to the University Vice-Chancellor, Professor Henry Kiplangat and the University Management, in an enchanted ceremony at the Vice-chancellor’s boardroom.  The Vice-Chancellor expressed his contentment with the great performance and gave assurance of full support. Further, he challenged the team to better their best at the global rounds.

He congratulated the school of law for providing authentic education in law, producing the best law professionals and being the best in all they do.

The Kabarak school of law is up-to-date and is excelling in new areas of law and that has been achieved by the university in investing in very highly qualified lecturers and putting up trailblazing facilities to compete fairly globally.
