Senate meeting to consider reports from Deans and Research Committee

Deans submit the 1st class attendance analysis to the Director – QAIP and copy to Registrar (A & R)

Deans of Schools submit revised teaching allocations for January 2023 Semester

10th February

Last day for internal examiners to enter September Semester 2022 grades into the ERP system and submit signed mark sheets and marked scripts to Heads of Departments

13th - 17th February

School Academic Boards conduct post-examination moderation of September Semester 2022 examinations

23rd February 

Senate meeting to approve September Semester 2022 Examination results

24th February 

Deans send out notices to students placed on Academic

Pre-Examination Moderation of January Semester 2023 examinations

6th - 10th March

Deans submit the 2nd class attendance analysis to the Director – QAIP and copy to Registrar (A & R)

Deans submit teaching allocations for May Semester 2023 to  Registrar (Academic and Research)

Deans submit examination drafts for January Semester 2023 to the Examination and Timetabling office.

Proof-reading and printing of examination papers

Deans publish the list of students who have not met the minimum 80% class attendance and submit a copy to the Registrar (A&R)

5th April    End of lectures
6th – 21st April  Semester examinations
24th April – 5th May Community Service Break      

School of Law students proceed for judicial attachment/long holiday in May 2022
