5th – 9th June: Deans submit the 1st class attendance analysis to the Director – QAIP and copy to Registrar (A & R)
8th June: Last day for internal examiners to enter January Semester 2023 grades into the ERP system and submit signed mark sheets and marked scripts to Heads of Departments
12th – 16th June: Post-examination moderation of January Semester 2023 examinations
12th – 16th June: 1st CAT
19th – 23rd June: Pre-examination moderation of May Semester 2023 examination papers
22nd - 23rd June: 13th International Research Conference: School of Health Sciences
26th June: Deans send out notices to students placed on Academic Progression track
26th – 30th June: External moderation of May Semester 2023 examination papers
28th June: 13th International Research Conference: School of Pharmacy
3rd – 7th July: 2nd CAT
3rd – 7th July: Deans submit the 2nd class attendance analysis to the Director – QAIP and copy to Registrar (A & R)
7th July: Senate meeting to approve January Semester 2023 Examination results
10th -14th July: Deans submit externally moderated exams for May Semester 2023 to the Examination Office
10th -11th July: 13th International Research Conference: Conference: School of Science, Engineering and Technology -Mathematical, Pure and Applied Sciences Conference
10th -11th July: 13th International Research Conference: Conference: School of Science, Engineering and Technology -Environment and Energy Conference
10th – 14th July: Deans submit teaching allocations for September Semester 2023
14th July: Senate meeting to consider reports from Deans and Research Committee
24th – 28th July: Proof-reading and printing of examination papers
25th June: 13th International Research Conference: School of Law
31st July – 4 Aug: Deans publish the list of students who have not met the minimum 80% class attendance and submit a copy to the Registrar (A&R)
4th August: End of lectures
7th – 18th August: Semester examinations
21st August- 2nd September: Community Service Break
1st -8th September: ERP System open for new students to register online
4th September: New students report to campus
5th September: Continuing students report to campus
