Unforgettable Experiences: St. Agatha Kaplong and Kabianga Girls Meet Their Dreams at Kabarak University

Kabarak University School of Music and Media was honored to welcome a group of enthusiastic journalism students from St. Agatha Kaplong Girls High School. This visit turned out to be an experience of a lifetime for the young students, as they were given the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of media and music at the prestigious university.

Upon arrival, the St. Agatha Kaplong girls were warmly received and taken on an exciting journey through the various studios at the School of Music and Media. They started their day at the state-of-the-art TV studio, where they witnessed the behind-the-scenes magic of television production. Next, they visited the radio studio, where they got a taste of what it's like to be a radio broadcaster. They were given the chance to record their own short segments, and some even tried their hand at live announcements. The students were thrilled to explore the world of radio, with its unique power to connect with audiences through the airwaves.

The visit didn't end there; they were then taken to the editing studio, where they saw how raw footage is transformed into polished and engaging content. Learning about the editing process further fueled their passion for storytelling and journalism.

As if the day couldn't get any better, the St. Agatha Kaplong girls were later joined by a group of students from Kabianga Girls High School who had also come to experience the magic of Kabarak University. The two groups bonded instantly over their shared interest in media and music.

To make the visit even more unforgettable, the staff and students of the School of Music and Media treated the visitors to mesmerizing performances.
