Kabarak University today hosted a heartfelt Finalists’ Chapel Service, a special gathering dedicated to celebrating and praying for students who are concluding their academic journey this year. The service brought together finalists from various schools and departments across the university as they marked an important milestone in their academic and spiritual lives.
Final-year students were encouraged to look back at how far they have come, the friendships formed, lessons learned, and challenges overcome, while also looking ahead with hope and confidence as they prepare to transition into the next chapter of their lives.
During the session, the panelists reminded the finalists of the importance of carrying forward the values that define Kabarak University: excellence, integrity, service, and a Christ-centered approach to life. The sermon emphasized that education is not only about academic achievement, but also about building character, embracing purpose, and becoming agents of change in society.
The service also featured special prayers and words of blessing for the finalists, asking for God’s guidance, protection, and wisdom as they move into the professional world, ministry, business, family life, and other spheres of influence.
The finalists were reminded that although their time at Kabarak is coming to an end, they remain part of the greater Kabarak family, a community committed to shaping leaders who honour Christ and transform society.
