They are currently working on an innovative project called Glatext, which aims to tackle the issue of waste recycling by using discarded textiles to create tiles that can be used in kitchens and washrooms.
To prepare for the competition, the team visited Kitengela Anselm Hot Glass, a local recycling company in Kenya. The purpose of the visit was to learn more about recycling and to gain insights into the process of creating sustainable products from waste materials.
