The University developed an Online Deferral System which was activated in March 30^th 2022. Students are reminded to follow the following steps to apply for deferral:

1. Log in to the students’ portal account.
2. Select requisitions in the student’s portal.
3. Select Deferral requisition in the students’ portal and fill the form.
4. Submit Deferral requisition request.
5. Check the approval status on the student portal after one day.
6. The approved students' deferral list will be available to Finance Office.

Please note that the maximum length for deferral is one academic year.
