Kabarak University in partnership with Millersville University, Brings Medical Camp to Talai Village, Baringo County

Residents of Talai Village in Baringo County are receiving free medical services through a two-day medical camp organized by Kabarak University's School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) in partnership with Millersville University of Pennsylvania, USA

The medical camp, taking place from 30th June to 1st July 2026, focuses on improving access to primary healthcare by providing consultations, screening, treatment, and referrals for patients with communicable and non-communicable diseases.

The outreach brings together healthcare professionals, faculty, and students who are working closely with the local community to address immediate health needs while promoting preventive care and healthy living.

The activity is part of Kabarak University's Outreach and Linkages Programme under the Directorate of Research, Innovation and Outreach. It reflects the University's continued efforts to take knowledge and expertise beyond the classroom and into communities where they can make a practical difference.
