Kabarak University's School of Business and Economics partnered with the Counseling Department in a proactive move to prioritize student well-being, for a stress management session. Held at the university auditorium, the event focused on stress recognition, its signs, and practical management techniques.

The session kicked off with an overview of stress indicators, fostering a better understanding among students. Facilitators encouraged open discussions, creating a supportive environment for students to share their experiences.
