The Kabarak University community came together today for a Joint Thanksgiving and Holy Communion Service, celebrating God’s faithfulness and the many milestones achieved throughout the year.
The service, held at the Kabarak University Chapel, brought together students, faculty, and staff from the Main Campus, City Campus, and Kabarak University TVET Institute. As a community, we paused to acknowledge God’s hand in the university’s growth and success.
During the service, the congregation was uplifted by a special presentation from the Kabarak School of Music and Media Orchestra, as well as two soulful songs performed by the University and Chapel Choir, creating a truly inspiring worship experience.

In his thanksgiving message, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Kiptiony Kiplangat, expressed deep appreciation to the entire Kabarak community for their dedication and teamwork. He described 2025 as a year of divine favor and remarkable progress, marked by achievements across every school, department, and initiative.
Prof. Kiplangat highlighted several key accomplishments, from outstanding academic performance and research breakthroughs to successful partnerships, as well as the numerous awards and recognitions Kabarak University has received both locally and internationally. These include excellence in music and drama festivals, innovations in science and technology, strong performance in legal and medical education, and expanding collaborations with global institutions.

Kabarak University’s exceptional leadership, integrity, and workplace culture have been recognized through several prestigious awards in 2025.
