Kabarak Law School Shines at the 1st NCIA Moot Competition 2025

Demonstrating legal acumen and advocacy excellence, Kabarak Law School showcased its prowess at the 1st Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) Domestic Arbitration Moot 2025. Our distinguished team—Kelvin Musyimi, Austin Onditi, Festus Bahati, and Esther Mwangangi, under the expert mentorship of Joseph Mungai—secured the 1st Runners-Up position in a fiercely contested competition. The team's exceptional legal research and writing also earned them the prestigious Best Memorial Award.

Further solidifying Kabarak’s reputation in legal research, Austin Onditi was honored as the Best Researcher, a recognition of his analytical rigor and dedication to legal scholarship.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Chepkorir Sambu for her steadfast support of the team and for representing the Centre for Multiple Systems of Justice at Kabarak Law School. Her guidance continues to inspire and empower future legal practitioners.

Proudly Kabarak!
