The two-day Kabarak University staff training and team building was off to a great start on a beautiful Tuesday morning. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry K. Dr. Bani Orwa talked about employee performance at the workplace, accountability, and process ownership. Mr. Paul Gichuki handled issues related to employee mental well-being at the workplace, workplace etiquette and relationships, financial wellness, and employee pre-retirement stage. The university staff had a great time learning, relearning, socializing, and enjoying sumptuous meals.

Assessing the Accuracy and Feasibility of Liaison QuantiFERON-TB GOLD Plus: A Performance Evaluation Project by Kabarak University

Kabarak University's School of Medicine and Health Sciences is conducting a performance evaluation project on the Liaison QuantiFERON-TB GOLD Plus. This project is aimed at assessing the accuracy and effectiveness of the Liaison QuantiFERON-TB GOLD Plus in diagnosing latent tuberculosis. To carry out this project, the team received training from Mr. David Waweru and Ms. Esther Wambui from Surgipath, who are experts in this field.

Dr. Dorcas N. Githaiga appointed as New Dean of Students
