Kabarak University's School of Science Engineering is set to become a center of excellence in Fintech, thanks to a proposed collaboration with Safaricom Engineering Community - Fintech Chapter. The community, comprised of professional engineers at Safaricom, aims to host a one-month technical immersion program at Kabarak University, focusing on Daraja APIs and Mini-Apps development.

In an effort to foster academic collaboration and enhance knowledge sharing, Kabarak University recently welcomed a group of diploma and degree students from Meru National Polytechnic. The 17 students, who are pursuing their studies in the Computing and Informatics Department, embarked on a visit to Kabarak University's impressive library facility. During their visit, they had the opportunity to explore various aspects of information management and gain insights into cataloging, classification, abstracting, indexing, conservation, and dissemination of information, among other essential skills.

The benchmarking visit conducted by AIC Kerotet Girls' High School to Kabarak University proved to be an enlightening experience for the students. The visit encompassed a session on career guidance followed by an exploration of the university's serene environment.
