Kabarak University continues to strengthen its commitment to educational leadership and collaboration by engaging with key stakeholders in the private education sector. On March 15, 2025, a delegation from Kabarak University addressed the Kenya Private Schools Association (KPSA) Nairobi Regional Principals and Headteachers Conference at Moi Education Centre and Senior School. The conference brought together delegates from Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos, and Embu counties, with the participation of government officials from the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) and the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
Representing Kabarak University, Mr. Andrew Marangu, Manager, Corporate Communication & Marketing Department, led the discussion, accompanied by Mr. Dominic Cherop. Their presentation highlighted Kabarak University’s unwavering dedication to academic excellence, innovation, and values-based education. The engagement provided an invaluable platform to showcase the university’s programs, admissions process, and its holistic approach to equipping learners with skills for the 21st-century job market.
In addition to the conference, the Kabarak University team also presented to the KPSA Directors' Meeting on March 13, 2025, at the PCEA St. Andrews Church Conference Centre in Nairobi. This meeting, attended by directors from the same region, provided an opportunity to discuss strategic collaborations between private schools and higher education institutions. The discussions centered on bridging the transition from secondary education to university-level studies, emphasizing the need for strong academic foundations and leadership development.
