Our Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Programme produces creative thinkers and problem solvers fit for the fast-evolving legal profession that comprises the academy, practice, government, non-government, and international spheres.

Each calendar year, we have two intakes for LLB program: in May and September

Duration:

The LLB Programme takes a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 7 years to complete.

Admission Requirements and Intakes

Admission requirements for the LLB Programme Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. KCSE C+ mean grade with B plain in English or Kiswahili
  2. The duly filled and signed application form is available at www.kabarak.ac.ke (Admission form)
  3. Copies of KCSE certificate or equivalent and school leaving certificate
  4. Two (2) recent passport-size photographs (write your name on reverse side)
  5. Copy of national ID, passport or birth certificate;
  6. Application fee deposit slip (current fee is Ksh 1000)

Additional requirements for international students

  1. An official translation of academic records (where the language of study is not English)
  2. A current financial guarantee letter
  3. A completed immigration pass form (2 forms enclosed)
  4. Applicants with foreign qualifications are required to undertake recognition, equation and verification of their qualifications from Kenya National Qualifications Authority's portal https://rev.knqa.go.ke or visit https://www.Knqa.go.ke
  5. A copy of valid passport
