This is to notify all postgraduate students that re-examination of research proposal, thesis or project, including oral defence, shall attract a fee of KES 45,000/=, with effect from the date of this notice.

Release of Examination Results for May Semester, 2022

The University Senate has approved the examination results for May Semester 2022. Students can access the results through the Student Portal with effect from Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 8 AM.

Notice for Supplementary and Special Examinations

Supplementary and Special Examinations will be offered on 30th October - 4th November 2022 to Final Year students who intend to graduate in December 2022. Each candidate will be allowed up to a maximum of four (4) final year units of supplementary or special examinations.

Reminder: Sub-Saharan Africa Student Survey

All undergraduate students aged 18 and above are reminded that the Sub-Saharan Africa Student Survey, run by Times Higher Education, expires in 5 days – and we would love you to take part.  

Deadlines For 18th Graduation Ceremony

The Kabarak University 18th Graduation will be held on 16th December 2022. The critical deadlines are provided below. Students who intend to graduate this year should take note.

Orientation for 1st Year's students Sept - Dec 2022 Intake

This is to inform all the New First Year students (September — December 2022 Intake) that the Orientation program begins on Monday 26th – 28th September 2022 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the University Auditorium.

Reminder - Registration Deadline for September 2022 Semester

All students are reminded that the registration of continuing students will end on Friday, September 16 2022. Lectures commenced on  September 8 2022. To register, one is required to have cleared the previous semester’s fees as per the University Fee Payment Policy. Students facing registration hurdles are advised to sort out those issues with relevant offices as follows:
