From Healing Hands to Hearts: Kabarak University Spreads Hope and Healing at Nakuru PGH

In a heartwarming display of compassion, Kabarak University recently embarked on a hospital outreach ministry, bringing a message of hope and spiritual solace to patients at Nakuru Level 5 Provincial General Hospital (PGH). Led by the energetic Acting University Chaplain, Rev. Laban Kittony, and the ever-inspiring Pastor Esther Kapsir, who spearheaded the Christian Union efforts, a dedicated team of 120 students fanned out across the hospital wards on June 15th, 2024.

Kabarak University Uplifts Kipkelion Girls High School with Faith-Based Outreach

A beacon of hope and guidance shone brightly at Kipkelion Girls High School from June 7th to 9th, 2024, as a dedicated team from Kabarak University embarked on a transformational mission outreach. Led by the inspiring Reverend Laban Kittony, accompanied by Pastor Esther Kapsir and 14 passionate Christian Union students, the program carried the powerful theme "Standing Firm in Your Faith."

Kabarak University Counseling Department Tackles Emerging Issues in Mental Health at KUPCA Workshop

The Kabarak University Department of Guidance and Counseling is actively engaged in promoting student and staff well-being. From May 22nd to 24th, 2024, a team of counselors from the department participated in a workshop organized by the Kenya Universities Professional Counselors' Association (KUPCA) at Chuka University.

A Special Finalist Wednesday at Kabarak University Chapel

This Wednesday held a special significance for Kabarak University. Our esteemed finalists, having completed their academic journey, led the service in a heartfelt dedication ceremony. The Acting Provost, Rev. Justus Mutuku, officiated over the dedication, commending the finalists for their perseverance and entrusting them to the Lord's guidance as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.

Kabarak University's Cultural Week Gala Crowns New Royalty

Kabarak University's vibrant 2024 Cultural Week culminated in a spectacular Gala Night event. Mr. David Mukiti from the School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Miss Magdaline Takangiro from the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, were officially crowned Mr. and Miss Kabarak 2024. The highly anticipated event brought the university community together in a celebration of cultural diversity and student excellence. Shortlisted contestants showcased their talents, grace, and passion throughout the week, leading up to the grand finale. The Gala Night itself was a dazzling display of music, dance, and cultural performances, creating a festive atmosphere that resonated with the entire audience. As Mr. and Miss Kabarak 2024, they will serve as ambassadors for the university throughout the coming year, representing Kabarak at various events and inspiring the student body. Their reign promises to be marked by a spirit of inclusivity and a celebration of Kabarak's rich cultural tapestry. Congratulations to Mr. David Mukiti and Miss Magdaline Takangiro for their well-deserved win!
