The 17 students, who are pursuing their studies in the Computing and Informatics Department, embarked on a visit to Kabarak University's impressive library facility. During their visit, they had the opportunity to explore various aspects of information management and gain insights into cataloging, classification, abstracting, indexing, conservation, and dissemination of information, among other essential skills.

In a groundbreaking event held at Kabarak University Auditorium, the Kabarak University School of Law and Kabarak University Press, in collaboration with the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights and Validity Foundation, launched three crucial publications focused on mental health rights and the criminal justice system. This significant initiative aims to shed light on the challenges faced by individuals with mental health issues within the legal framework, advocate for their rights, and pave the way for a more inclusive and just society.
