On Wednesday, Kabarak University, renowned for its exceptional academic programs and spiritual foundation, dedicated its chapel program to celebrate a remarkable achievement. The Kabarak University and Chapel Choir, along with the teams from the School of Music and Media and the recently returned dancers, emerged victorious at the Kenya Universities Performing Arts Association held at Maasai Mara University.

Over the weekend, the team from Kabarak University's corporate and marketing office attended the AIC Chebisaas Boys National School Career Day. This was done to sensitize students to the various career programs offered at the institution. The team's presence was a testament to Kabarak University's commitment to providing students with direction as they make choices about their career paths.

Kabarak Law School has once again demonstrated its prowess in legal education by coming in second place in the 21st Edition of the John H Jackson Moot Court Competition on WTO Law. The competition, which took place in Ghana, attracted teams from various African countries and served as a stepping stone for the Global rounds to be held in June 2023.

Over the weekend, three members from the Corporate Affairs Department of Kabarak University took on a mission to market the university during the Annual Career Day at Sacred Heart Mukumu Girls. Their task was not easy, but they were determined to make a difference in the lives of the students they interacted with.

The Grand debate on state and religion held by the Kabarak University Law school at the University Auditorium saw three notable figures sharing their views on the topic. The debate featured Professor Willy Mutunga, Adjunct professor public law at Kabarak University and Emeritus Chief Justice, the Dean of Kabarak University Law school Professor John Ambani, and the Kabarak University Chaplain Rev. Justus Mutuku.

The Kabarak University Chess Team has once again demonstrated its exceptional skills and talent by winning the 2023 Kenya Universities Sports Association National Playoffs held at Meru University. The team, comprising Kyalo Cynthia, Cherono Mercy, Ngeny Cynthia, and Mutheu Yasmin, put up an outstanding performance to beat other universities and claim the top prize.
