The second day of Kabarak University's two-day staff training and team-building event was a culmination of seamless, intense activities aimed at fostering teamwork and unity among the university staff. The day began with a palpable energy in the air, as everyone eagerly anticipated the thrilling team building activities that would not only engage them but also strengthen bonds and build trust.

Participants were divided into groups of different colors, each with its own unique identity. Group leaders navigated through a series of team-building activities that challenged participants to work together towards a common goal. These activities were designed to promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As the day progressed, excitement grew as participants eagerly anticipated the recognition and awarding sessions. Vice-chancellor Prof. Henry K. Kiplangat called out the outstanding members of staff who had excelled in their duties. The Chairman of the Governing Council, Dr. John Kibosia, then awarded them certificates of recognition.

Dr. Kibosia gave a speech highlighting the successes of Kabarak University and the great impact they have had on the growth of the institution. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and commended the participants for their commitment to working together towards a common goal.

The Dean of the School of Education, Prof. B.J.A Ngala, then moved a powerful vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organizers and participants. He encouraged everyone to continue working together towards the growth and success of Kabarak University.

The 2023 staff training and team-building event was a resounding success, strengthening the bonds between Kabarak University staff and promoting a culture of teamwork and unity. With this renewed sense of purpose, Kabarak University is poised to continue its growth and success in the years to come.

Following the award ceremony, the participants gathered at the University mess to indulge in a delightful meal and enjoy the remainder of the day at their leisure. The 2023 staff training and team building event was a resounding success, with all attendees feeling more connected and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of Kabarak University.

The two-day event was an intense and exhilarating experience that challenged participants to work together towards a common goal.
