On Monday 26th November 2024, Kabarak University hosted a distinguished delegation from Kyambogo University, Uganda, for a productive benchmarking visit focused on the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards, quality assurance, and the integration of ICT in service delivery. The delegation, led by Prof. Maria Musoke, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and Sis. Dr. Maria Goretti Kaahwa, Director of Quality Assurance, was warmly received by Kabarak University’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry Kiplangat, alongside Prof. John Ochola, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic and Research. During their courtesy call, Prof. Kiplangat expressed his delight at hosting the team, emphasizing the value of regional collaboration in enhancing higher education standards.
