Building on the incredible success of the 11th Edition of the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition (focusing on international trade law) hosted by Kabarak University in 2024, we are thrilled to announce that our very own team secured a well-deserved spot in the global rounds in Geneva.
A huge congratulations to James Wanjiku, Tracy Jerop, Petronillia Rioba, and Samwel Chumba for their outstanding performances. Their dedication, legal prowess, and exceptional teamwork were truly impressive. We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to Strathmore University for emerging as the top team this year. Their competitive spirit and exceptional talent added a thrilling dimension to the competition.
This remarkable achievement by both Kabarak and Strathmore Universities is a testament to the exceptional legal talent flourishing in Kenya. We are incredibly proud of our students and their unwavering commitment to excellence. We have no doubt they will continue to shine on the international stage, upholding the prestigious reputation of Kenyan law schools.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to the Kabarak University team coaches, Mishael Wambua and Dr. Harrison Mbori, for their invaluable guidance. We wouldn't be here without their expertise.
